The system is aimed at assisting BotswanaPost customers receive their mail using their mobile number as their postal address.

• Virtual Post Box’s main purpose is to notify the customer for mail collection via SMS.
• The customer will set the collection point upon registration or when editing customer details.
• Customer can change delivery point at any given time.
• Real-time tracking of customer mail and parcels.
• Customer is able to redirect mail easily through the portal.
